Hillary Clinton’s insistence that she is a tested crisis manager appears to have led her into a new exaggeration, a tale of derring-do on a 1996 trip into war-torn Bosnia. The Washington Post’s fact-checker awarded the former First Lady “four Pinocchios” for the “whopper.”
